Second, people from medium- and high-risk areas are restricted from entering Beijing.

Third, commuters entering Beijing: For the first entry into or return to Beijing, a nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours is required, and each subsequent entry into or return to Beijing only requires a nucleic acid negative test certificate within 14 days.
