Three principles for resume writing

Principle 1

A resume is like a sales pitch. What it sells is you, so highlighting your core value is key!

That is, your second work experience should be:

As for what specific M was adopted and what R was brought about, you need to write based on your real past experiences.

Work experience 3. Responsible for improving user retention

Writing work experience according to the TMR rule:

T: Responsible for improving user retention

M: By creating a closed loop of participation, based on the principle of benefiting both new and old users, we can continuously attract new users to participate in activities and drive old users back to the activities.

R: Maintain high next-day retention and industry-leading 7-day retention

That is, your third work experience should be:

Responsible for improving user retention by creating a closed loop of participation. Based on the principle of equal benefits for new and old users, we continuously attract new users to participate in activities and drive old users back to activities, keeping the next-day retention high and the 7-day retention leading the industry.

The final data performance should be consistent with the actual situation of the industry.

Work experience 4. Responsible for improving purchase conversion rate

Writing work experience according to the TMR rule:

T: Responsible for improving purchase conversion rate

M: Try before you buy, lower the purchase threshold through promotional activities, arouse the herd mentality through the herd effect, and show success stories, etc.

R: Keep the purchase conversion rate at least 35%

That is, your fourth work experience should be:
