Wash your hair at night

From a hygienic point of view, we run around outside all day, and a lot of dust and bacteria will be absorbed on our hair. Therefore, washing your hair and taking a bath at night can make our sleeping environment cleaner and more beneficial to our health.

But it should be noted here that you should blow dry your hair before going to bed, otherwise it may cause headaches or some other health problems.

In fact, this idea is wrong.

What really causes hair loss is not washing your hair, but the wrong way of washing your hair and the wrong use of products.
