Congratulations! New members of the two academies

On the 18th, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering announced the results of the 2021 election of academicians, electing 65 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and 25 foreign academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 84 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and 20 foreign academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

After this election, the Chinese Academy of Sciences has a total of 860 academicians, including 129 foreign academicians; the Chinese Academy of Engineering has a total of 971 academicians, including 111 foreign academicians.
