The recession speed is not only related to the expansion rate of the universe, but also to the distance. For the same expansion rate of the universe, the farther away from us, the faster the recession speed will be.

If a celestial body is very far away from us, so far that its recession speed exceeds the speed of light, then any information sent by this celestial body will never be able to reach the earth.

What is this distance? According to scientific calculations, when a celestial body is more than 62 billion light years away from the Earth, its recession speed will exceed the speed of light.
