@Everyone! Tips for "emergency handling" during May Day travel are waiting for you to check

The May Day holiday is coming, and many people must be planning to go out for an outing, or take a spontaneous trip with family and friends. This is certainly an exciting thing, but there are potential dangers and safety hazards along the way.

Are you all ready to travel? Before you leave, here are some things to keep in mind!

① Do not overeat during the May Day holiday, and avoid eating leftover food or oily or spicy food to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort;

② Do not massage immediately after a sprain or strain. Apply ice within 24 hours. If swelling lasts for a long time and movement is restricted, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

③ If you experience pain, swelling, allergy or fever after being bitten by an unknown insect, be sure to seek medical attention immediately;

④ Pay attention to sun protection and heatstroke prevention during travel. After sunburn, apply cold compress with a towel as soon as possible to avoid popping blisters.
