The Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine states that the lowest toxic dose of oral nitrite for adults is about 300mg-500mg, and ingestion of 1-3g will lead to death. The second consumption of overnight dishes depends on the following three aspects: 1. Storage time : It is recommended that leftovers should not be stored for more than 4 hours at room temperature, and no more than 2 hours in hot weather. Since microorganisms have a strong reproductive capacity at 20-30℃, letting food cool completely before refrigerating it will breed more bacteria.
