Exhibit Introduction

The exhibit "Safe Escape" allows children to learn how to escape safely from disasters, train their skills in safe escape, and enhance their safety awareness. The exhibit includes a large screen, a space recognition system, a motion recognition system, etc. When the audience enters the fence, they can control the virtual person on the screen by moving and turning. When a disaster strikes (city fire, thunderstorm, earthquake disaster), the audience needs to move to control the person on the screen to choose the correct escape route or safe location.

When it comes to educating children, safety education is the most important, especially because of the changes in the current environment, there are potential safety hazards in many places, so every parent must carry out appropriate safety education when the child is very young. So, in addition to the safety issues presented by the exhibits, what other aspects should be included in the safety education for children?

1. Education on electricity use:

Everyone has many electrical appliances and sockets at home. Parents should educate their children on some common sense about electricity use, such as: do not touch switches and sockets with wet hands. It is worth mentioning that children have a natural curiosity and are often interested in the dark socket holes and like to put their fingers in them. Parents must educate their children and, if necessary, take apart the socket to show them to satisfy their curiosity.

2 Swimming safety education:

Every year, there are drowning incidents while swimming, which is the most realistic education for people; however, there are still many children who go swimming in wild rivers without their parents' knowledge, especially in the countryside. Parents must educate their children not to go swimming in rivers alone. In order to meet the children's wishes, parents can accompany their children to swim together.

3 Road safety education:

With the increasing number of cars, road safety education has become indispensable; in the past, there were few roads but few cars; now, the roads are wide but traffic is serious. Every day, there are students riding bicycles to and from school in the traffic, and even some very young children ride bicycles from the community to the road, which is quite dangerous.

4 Elevator safety education:

Elevators, while bringing comfort to people, also bring some hidden dangers. Elevators are moving, and children just happen to like moving things. Some children think elevators are very fun and like to fight, chase and play in elevators, but they don't realize that this is quite dangerous. Parents should keep an eye on their children and educate them that this is quite dangerous.

5. Personal safety education:

There are a lot of human traffickers nowadays, and many children are abducted. It is hard to prevent. Parents should educate their children not to eat food from strangers, not to trust strangers, and teach their children some knowledge on how to prevent fraud.
