When it comes to who is the greatest director in China, in the final analysis, Zhang Yimou, Chen Kaige, Feng Xiaogang, Jiang Wen and other juniors are all sidelined. The only one who can really make a good film that passes the first trial is the "high-end" State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. As the saying goes, "a model who doesn't want to be an actor is not a good cook", and "the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television who doesn't want to be a screenwriter will not be a good director." After issuing the broadcast requirements for TV dramas with the theme of "Chinese Dream" in February this year, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television recently issued an internal notice, requiring all satellite TV stations to broadcast patriotic and anti-fascist themes between September and the end of October. At present, a local satellite TV station said that the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television only requires first-tier satellite TV stations to broadcast anti-fascist themes during prime time, and the broadcast date can be adjusted at will; second-tier satellite TV stations must broadcast patriotic themes during prime time, and anti-fascist themes are not limited to the time slot. The State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, whose full name is "State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television", is the policy maker for radio and television propaganda and film and television creation, as well as the important person in charge of the content review of radio and television programs. It can be said that from the subject matter, screenwriters, actors to the lines of the entire TV series, the majestic figure of the great director shines everywhere. Nightmare in the Cradle: Script Review In April 2011, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television issued a notice to halt the remakes of the Four Great Classical Classics, strictly control the approval of historical time-travel dramas, and discourage the simple cloning of foreign dramas. In May this year, the TV drama review standards were issued again, as follows: 1. The protagonist cannot be too fickle, and the mistress cannot be happy; 2. Avoid all plots about people born in the 1980s who have children out of wedlock; 3. Reject ghosts, and believe that people with special powers only exist in children's dramas; 4. There should be no premature love and no violence on campus; 5. Anti-Japanese dramas cannot be filmed as legendary dramas or comedy dramas. Of the five points above, only the fifth point can be agreed with for now. Anti-Japanese dramas really cannot be made into legendary dramas or parody dramas, because they appear to be not serious and have too many exaggerated elements. But apart from the fifth point, the above four points are a bit far-fetched no matter how you look at them. The so-called "mistress cannot be happy" also depends on how the mistress "came to power". If the male protagonist hides his marriage status, I personally think it is unnecessary to make the "mistress" unhappy. Regarding "unmarried children born in the 80s", I can only say that even the youngest people born in the 80s are in their 30s. If they can't even afford this plot, then forget about contributing to the country's four modernizations. In March 2010, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television issued an order to ban the use of English abbreviations. Foreign words and abbreviations such as NBA, GDP, WTO, and CPI can no longer be used in anchor announcements, journalist interviews, and subtitles. For example, "NBA" must be said as "美职业篮球". If one must say so, if one must explain it this way, then that person thinks the first English abbreviation that should be deleted is "CCTV"! Different unspoken rules: selecting actors If the "rejection letter" issued by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television to ban Japanese AV actress Sora Aoi from appearing on TV shows was to give way to the power of the Internet, then the suspension of Jiangsu Education Television due to Gan Lulu and her daughter's foul language was purely to take care of the audience's mood. But Tang Wei, who was banned by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television for many years because of her role in "Lust, Caution", was really unjust. As far as Tang Wei's current image as an actor is concerned, Tang Wei was not aiming for the positioning of a "porn star" back then. The so-called "dedication to art" is just like this. (I really like Tang Wei's version of Dove advertisement) To play or not to play: set a time As we all know, for a film or television work, the right release date is very important; and for a director, whether to broadcast it or not is an even more critical issue. The "broadcast restriction order" for TV dramas issued by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television stipulates that starting from 2015, no more than two satellite TV stations will broadcast the same drama in prime time every night; and no more than two episodes of the same drama will be broadcast in prime time every night on comprehensive channels. It can be said that these two rectification orders have awakened too many people's "dreams of getting rich". First of all, it is natural for scripts to sell for money, and the first broadcast rights are the only opportunity to make a fortune at a sky-high price, but the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has cut off the financial path of film and television companies. After the policy of prohibiting commercials in TV dramas was introduced, TV stations took advantage of the situation and cut the original two-episode TV series into three episodes, and continued to "insert TV dramas during commercials" with justification. But the truth that "the higher the virtue, the higher the evil" still exists. The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television continues to make moves. I really want to know what the TV stations will do next. With the development of Internet platforms and mobile smart terminals, the TV power-on rate is declining year by year, and the rectification orders issued by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television every year have further contributed to this terrible power-on rate. As the largest TV station director in China, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television has been increasingly involved in the field of TV drama scriptwriting, and the content of domestic TV dramas has become more and more exciting. In the future, TV viewers will be able to avoid family conflicts over who has the remote control, whether their children fail to complete their homework, or how ridiculous the TV show was. Thanks again to the great State Administration of Radio, Film and Television. Finally, I want to say one more thing: My fellow screenwriters, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television is here, so hold on to your jobs! As a winner of Toutiao's Qingyun Plan and Baijiahao's Bai+ Plan, the 2019 Baidu Digital Author of the Year, the Baijiahao's Most Popular Author in the Technology Field, the 2019 Sogou Technology and Culture Author, and the 2021 Baijiahao Quarterly Influential Creator, he has won many awards, including the 2013 Sohu Best Industry Media Person, the 2015 China New Media Entrepreneurship Competition Beijing Third Place, the 2015 Guangmang Experience Award, the 2015 China New Media Entrepreneurship Competition Finals Third Place, and the 2018 Baidu Dynamic Annual Powerful Celebrity. |
