In fact, whether it is the importance of cloud services for the access of smart hardware products or the important role of cloud services based on Internet business, giant companies have not missed the industrial layout of cloud services. The introduction and establishment of the cloud not only makes the existing smart hardware products easier to manage and operate, but also makes it easier to implement, promote and sell smart hardware products. At present, the number of smart home products that can access cloud services is not large, mainly various intelligent home appliances. The cloud setting can provide remote control, data analysis and other services for these increasingly intelligent traditional home appliances; and for some small and medium-sized hardware companies that generally do not have strong capital support, media promotion, market cultivation, precise channels, O2O supporting landing, etc. are important reasons for introducing third-party cloud service platforms. In this regard, Lei Qiaoping, CEO of Yunzhiyi, said that the cloud service platforms of Internet giants headed by BAT may be able to provide small and medium-sized enterprises with the most basic massive user groups and strong channel resources, but due to the "generality" of the services, the personalized access service methods and other value-added service content required by small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurial teams cannot be realized. This is also the reason why third-party cloud service platforms are also attractive to the industry. Take Yunzhiyi as an example. At present, its cloud service platform has connected at least 7.5 million smart hardware devices, including large enterprise projects such as Haier U+. Through the paid service model, Yunzhiyi also distinguishes the corresponding service content. For traditional well-known hardware manufacturers, after they transform or newly enter the field of smart hardware, when their products are connected to the cloud platform, they hope to get richer and safer cloud service content in the form of payment; while for smaller makers, the free form is more attractive. Therefore, professional, independent, third-party smart hardware cloud service platforms may become another potential market after smart hardware products. It can be foreseen that in the future, with the enrichment and development of smart home product forms, smart home connection cloud solutions will also become a new development trend.
