1. Register an account

Click [Register/Login] in the upper right corner of the Tencent Open Platform (http://open.qq.com/) homepage. Register or log in with an existing QQ number/email address (Note: the account cannot be changed once registered, it is recommended to use the company QQ/email address!) 2. Choose the developer type

3. Fill in the qualifications
