The cloud journey focuses on an open hybrid environment where data must be well integrated and used. Customers are embracing Salesforce’s Customer 360 and MuleSoft to create unified customer profiles. 9/10 Salesforce customers rank integrating data sources as their top priority.

2. AI deployment is expanding

Enterprises are reimagining key workflows, moving from piloting AI to scaling AI. To augment human decision-making, investments in AI need to include investments in employee training and skills. 83% of AI pilots will be running in the next 18 months.

3. Sellers want more mobility

The arrival of fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks brings new standards for fast, secure, and reliable mobile capabilities. Salesforce's strategic partnership with Apple means that businesses should prioritize giving sellers access to real-time customer data. 73% of sellers come from PCs, and 8% use mobile devices.
