According to Liu Dong, general manager of Changhong Software and Service Center, through the analysis of user behavior data of Changhong's smart terminals, o2o services, etc., a large number of new user needs and application scenarios to be met were discovered. In other words, data operations have generated new business application directions. At the same time, some of the original business application directions also have the need for optimization.
