Huawei releases the latest Internet of Vehicles platform: Digital cars are no longer a dream

According to foreign media reports on June 12, Huawei released its OceanConnect IoV Internet of Vehicles platform on the 11th, which will bring digital changes to automakers.

It is understood that Huawei released the OceanConnect IoV vehicle networking platform at the CEBIT 2018 exhibition held in Hanover, Germany on June 11. Huawei said that the platform will enable the deep integration of ICT and the automotive industry.

Ma Haixu, president of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line, said in a statement that Huawei is committed to building an intelligent world where people, cars, roads and everything are connected.

Huawei's IoV platform provides secure and reliable connections for cars, supports billions of massive connections and millions of high concurrency, and meets the global operation needs of car companies through globally accessible public cloud deployment capabilities. It also helps car companies control digital assets through data and business separation structures, gather third-party content and application ecology, and build an ecosystem centered on car companies. It is understood that the platform will also develop in coordination with V2X to enable vehicles to connect with each other and the environment.
