Should LeEco’s employees pay the price for the negative impact it has on them?

Recently, LeEco has been in the spotlight, but unlike last year, it is no longer praised, but criticized. Recently, the incident of former LeEco employees being collectively blacklisted by headhunters has made LeEco employees the focus of discussion.

An article claimed that LeTV employees were blacklisted by most headhunters. Later, a headhunter responded: "LeTV employees are not unpopular in the market, and headhunters are also actively pushing them to recruiting companies." The situation suddenly changed, and the news that LeTV employees were blacklisted by half of the headhunters became fake news. In response, LeTV also issued a notice saying that it welcomes more recruitment websites and companies to join in giving LeTV's former employees a fair stage, without bias or bias.

Public opinion is not as harsh on LeEco employees as it is on LeEco itself

Objectively speaking, one fact must be acknowledged, because LeEco expanded too quickly, the number of employees did expand rapidly in a short period of time, and layoffs seemed to be a fact. For example, before this "blacklisting" incident, many websites reported that a public account called "The Taste of Ecological Potato Chips" pushed an article titled "The LeEco Resigned Employees Organization was officially established last night", and broke the news: Currently, Group 1 is almost full, and Group 2 and sub-ecological groups are gradually being opened.

Regarding the resignation of LeEco employees, some netizens think that it is a case of monkeys scattering when the tree falls, while others believe that LeEco will definitely have a better tomorrow. Overall, the attitude towards LeEco employees does not seem to be as harsh as that towards LeEco itself.

“LeTV people” = “worthless”???

In fact, one of the problems with this blacklisting incident is whether LeEco's value is equal to the value of its employees.

LeEco is currently facing a lot of negative news. For example, it was recently revealed that many LeEco employees’ social security and housing fund payments have been stopped for two months. However, recently, LeEco Holdings’ Human Resources Department sent an internal letter to employees, stating that the social security and housing fund payments of some employees have been delayed and that they have been paid back.

At present, with the restriction of entertainment and the crackdown on box office inflation, LeTV has lost hope in the film and television and sports sectors. LeTV, which is in a grim situation, has almost become an object of negative analysis. Now everyone has analyzed LeTV in pieces, and its strategy, capital, and management have all become negative examples.

Success is determined by results. LeEco's current situation is indeed not optimistic, and it is understandable that everyone is discussing it. But should LeEco's employees pay for LeEco's negative performance? This is obviously not the case.

It is indeed unfair for LeEco employees to pay for LeEco

We do not rule out that LeEco must have made some mistakes in its personnel selection, but these are just individual cases, and this should not be the reason for us to completely deny LeEco employees. The news that "LeEco employees' resumes fluctuate abnormally, and half of the headhunters have blacklisted them" continues to ferment, which is actually extremely unfair to most LeEco employees. Because of LeEco's current worrying future, when people mention LeEco employees, it is actually difficult to treat each employee as an individual, and all LeEco employees should not be regarded as "abandoned" by headhunters.

Resignation is a very common thing, but it is unusual when it happens in LeEco. Because behind the large number of employees leaving is the grim situation facing LeEco's entire ecological strategy, and LeEco employees are just a manifestation of the seemingly collapsing trend. As spectators, we should indeed have a positive attitude towards the phrase "impartiality and non-blackening".
