On February 24, 2020, China's National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and 11 other national ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Notice on Issuing the Intelligent Vehicle Innovation and Development Strategy", which clarified that by 2025, China's standard intelligent vehicle framework will be basically formed, and conditional autonomous driving intelligent vehicles will be able to achieve large-scale production and market-oriented applications in specific environments. It is reported that the joint release of 11 Chinese ministries is rare. This move, to a certain extent, indicates China's national will and support for the construction of smart cities, especially the construction of the smart driving industry, and means that the development of smart cars has entered the main channel of China's economic development. This report emphasizes: 1. From openness and inclusiveness to open cooperation, we will coordinate the use of domestic and foreign innovation factors and market resources to build a new pattern of open cooperation for smart cars. Since last year, many multinational parts giants and automakers have accelerated their pace of landing in the Chinese market. Chip giant Arm has established an artificial intelligence ecological alliance. Beijing Juefei Technology, as a representative of China's autonomous driving industry technology suppliers, was invited to join this alliance. The two parties have developed mature solutions based on Arm-based automotive chips in terms of automotive-grade safety, and explored opportunities for open and integrated cooperation in the direction of algorithms, computing power and big data. 2. China's smart car development route has officially chosen the "car-cloud-road" collaborative solution. Different from the single-vehicle sensor intelligence of Silicon Valley, "map data service capabilities" and "high-precision spatiotemporal precision services" as key basic research technologies have been put on the agenda at the national level for the first time. Beijing Juefei Technology is the leader in this technology route. It is reported that at the 2019 Global Intelligent Driving Summit, Beijing Juefei Technology has proposed that China's autonomous driving industry has entered an era of "heavy data and strong integration". In the historical transformation of China from a "transportation power" to a "transportation power", it will choose a networked intelligent route with core intellectual property rights to promote the "car-cloud-road" model; and the data platform with high-precision maps as the core is the key reliance and the only measure of this model. The "hybrid computing" advocated by Juefei Technology is one of the typical representatives of the third generation of artificial intelligence technology (post-deep learning era). Based on the logic of vehicle-road load sharing, through the efficient integration of vehicle-side sensor data, experience knowledge data and reasoning algorithms, it creates a safer and more reliable perception and decision-making system, and builds a data engine necessary for intelligent vehicles. It is the "standard configuration" of the intelligent driving industry. 3. Combined with 5G commercial deployment, promote the coordinated construction of 5G and Internet of Vehicles. With the issuance of 5G licenses in 2019, China has fully entered the 5G commercial era. China Mobile also released its 5G+ strategy, and Juefei Technology was invited to join China Mobile's 5G Precision Positioning Alliance. Juefei Technology combines its own high-precision positioning capabilities with China Mobile's 5G network base station signal infrastructure to provide 5G fusion differential positioning services. Its full-scenario, real-time, and high-precision technical capabilities have opened up opportunities for the implementation of 5G in autonomous driving. It is reported that Juefei Technology, as a leader in 5G fusion differential positioning technology and fusion computing capabilities, will continue to work with China Mobile to empower autonomous driving and smart transportation. The release of the "Intelligent Vehicle Innovation and Development Strategy" also means that China's ambition to build a strong country in intelligent vehicles and even smart cities will make intelligent vehicles a new industry blue ocean. As the "data engine" of China's intelligent driving industry, Juefei Technology will play a greater role in the actual construction process of combining strategic reports with mass production.
