Artificial intelligence is probably the hottest technology right now. Big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, which were popular a few years ago, pale in comparison to artificial intelligence.

As the old saying goes, "Be prepared for danger in times of peace." One question we have to think about is: How long will the current hot artificial intelligence last?

This top artificial intelligence expert believes: "At present, we need to double our efforts in basic research on artificial intelligence."

Scientists' warnings are worth listening to. Although my country has certain advantages in integrating resources and vertical applications, it is an indisputable fact that it has weaknesses in basic algorithms, core hardware, key technologies, and leading talents. The performance, reliability, and user experience of terminal products also need to be further improved.

Looking into the future, artificial intelligence, which integrates a variety of cutting-edge branch technologies, will indeed produce a chain reaction and bring about tremendous changes in our lives and production. There is no such thing as a free lunch. The better the prospects, the more we need sober and objective judgment and solid efforts. If we rush in blindly, follow the trend, and take shortcuts, I am afraid that the craze will soon turn into a cold wave.
