This evening, in response to a self-media outlet's unauthorized release of false news that "360 Company only signed a preliminary agreement in the Nezha Auto investment project and is a spiritual shareholder", 360 Security Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 601360.SH, hereinafter referred to as 360 Company) immediately released a solemn statement on its official Weibo account: "The cooperation between 360 Company and Nezha Auto has always been carried out normally and orderly according to the schedule preset by both parties, and both parties are performing their obligations normally as required by the agreement", and solemnly stated that "the self-media article has been collected for evidence, a lawyer's letter has been sent, and the right to further pursue legal liability for related reprinting and dissemination is reserved."

Obviously, 360 is serious about investing in Nezha, as can be seen from the fact that the company's founder and chairman Zhou Hongyi has been frequently endorsing Nezha cars recently. Anyone with a discerning eye can see that if it weren't for the real money invested, Zhou Hongyi wouldn't have worked so hard, let alone emphasized in the official statement that "the contract is performed normally according to the requirements of the agreement."

In fact, at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference on July 8, Zhou Hongyi made it clear in an interview with media reporters that "Nezha Auto will end the hegemony of luxury cars and build smart electric vehicles under 150,000 yuan." He said, "Cars under 150,000 yuan in China account for about 70% of the total sales of all models in China. If this market is not opened up, it means that smart electric vehicles will always be niche products, toys for a few people, and cannot be used by the general public." 360's investment in Nezha Auto is to allow more ordinary people to use "smart electric vehicles" and create national-level products.

His statement is also in line with the development law of smart hardware. Zhou Hongyi said that smart electric vehicles are essentially smart hardware, and smart hardware must follow Moore's Law and network effects. The former is that with the advancement of technology, the performance of electronic devices is getting higher and higher, but the price is getting lower and lower; the latter is because smart cars are essentially software-defined cars. Once the software is developed, the cost is basically fixed. The more people use it, the lower the cost. Therefore, in Zhou Hongyi's view, Nezha's creation of a national-level smart electric car is well-founded.
