According to the online screenshots circulated at the time, a NIO owner was driving on Chang'an Avenue when a system upgrade pop-up window suddenly appeared. The driver then shifted to P gear and chose to upgrade, resulting in the car "freezing" for an hour on Chang'an Avenue, and even the windows could not be rolled down.

Both incidents were caused by the owners' misoperation, but the various issues regarding the car system are still worth paying attention to.
