Before the auction, the estimated price of this Apple 1 was between $400,000 and $600,000. Of course, compared to the $600 that Charles Ricketts spent on buying this Apple 1 from Apple founder Steve Job 38 years ago, the transaction price of $365,000 is quite good.

The total production of Apple 1 is only about 200 units, and after decades of changes, there are only about 50 Apple 1s left. It can be said that every Apple 1 has become a technological antique with considerable collection value.
