In the service area, Avita has comprehensively upgraded its customer service team to ensure a quick response to incoming calls within 20 seconds and provide roadside assistance within 45 minutes. Avita said that the boutique mall services have been continuously optimized, with new products such as Huawei Mate 60 Pro+, MatePad Pro and Dyson hair dryers added. It is expected that by the end of the year, the mall will have launched more than 200 new products, covering multiple categories such as automotive peripherals, 3C technology, household items, art and fashion, and outdoor camping.
