The long-awaited Windows version of WeChat

WeChat for Windows is finally coming out. Mac users have been able to install the WeChat client since February this year, but users who prefer Windows still have to use the web version to log in. Tencent released a beta version on Christmas Eve, and it looks like Windows users will soon be able to use the client.

Like the Web version, users who log in to the Windows client for the first time also need to scan the QR code. Although the effect does not change much after logging in, the fluency is significantly improved. The author did a funny experiment and found that the Web version and Windows version cannot be logged in at the same time.

Although Windows users could use WeChat through the web version before, it will be more convenient to use after the client is available.
