fonts: IE does not support broken hyperlinks on fonts in the query string cache (bd72a33)

infiniteScroll: prevents errors caused by infinite scrolling and native scrolling (86565e24, closes #3682)

ionicConfig: allow hrefs to use tel (db730f16, closes #3647)

modal: prevent fake content in scroll=overlap modal content (4e74ead5, closes #3648)

scrolling: Collection repeatedly requires JS scrolling (0557c305)
