Based on Sublime—APICloud releases "Multi-development tool support strategy" to create a closed-loop ecosystem

On the afternoon of September 15, 2015, APICloud held an open source sharing session at Bingo Coffee in Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Street. In the era of mobile Internet, the term user experience has been repeatedly abused. As a developer, the most intuitive development experience is whether the development tool is easy to use and convenient.

Since APICloud was founded a year ago, 200,000 developers have been developing around APICloud. Although APICloud provided its own development tools at the beginning of its launch, after a year of in-depth understanding and feedback from developers, APICloud not only provided the Eclipse plug-in extension support earlier, but also provided the open source APICloud Plugins based on Sublime, which has been successfully included in Package Control. Sublime users can develop cross-platform applications on APICloud without changing development tools.

Of course, in addition to providing tools, APICloud follows the Aptana3.0GPL open source agreement, and opens all the source code of IDE in a way that unconditionally inherits the GPL open source agreement, and allows developers to enjoy all the rights of copying, modification, customization, OEM... at the same time, so as to meet the developers' personalized needs for development tools.

APICloud proposed the concept of ecosystem as early as its inception. In addition to continuously strengthening technological innovation, it has also been working hard for the ecosystem platform. APICloud CTO Zou Da said: "Since we have decided to build an ecosystem, we must provide technical specifications instead of developing all products. Under the current situation, if some SIs or traditional software vendors do not open source their products, it will be difficult to add their own business frameworks to developers' products.

In addition to tools, APICloud also has certain advantages in outsourcing services. In addition to the traditional outsourcing model, based on APICloud's own characteristics, through its own system, both parties can see the application status very clearly.

"APICloud will definitely develop around the ecological zone, because our ecosystem is not just a slogan," said APICloud CTO Zou Da in an interview with ***.
