At the salon, Cloud Testing CEO Wang Jun, Sensors Data founder Sang Wenfeng, Fuhu Operation and Maintenance CEO Chen Tianle, and Tiantianhui Technical Director Kuai Yigang gave keynote speeches and conducted a full discussion on how to build an efficient startup team and high-quality apps.

Wang Jun pointed out that the quality of an app cannot be concluded by the entrepreneurial team alone. Only by comparing it with other apps can we measure our position in the industry. Moreover, the quality of an app cannot be simply judged based on one or two points, but requires a comprehensive analysis.

Kuai Yigang, technical director of Tiantianhui, shared his experience in team building and APP development quality. Kuai Yigang gave two suggestions: First, the CTO should pay attention to the value realization of team members in the project. Let team members be interested in and passionate about what they do, and truly feel that what they do is meaningful. Only when team members are fully committed can they develop the best products. Second, use the best development, testing and project tools to improve the quality of product development.
