Click to enter the order details to view the logistics status, contact customer service, apply for returns and refunds, check disputes/after-sales progress, etc. If a transaction dispute arises with a merchant that has connected to the mini program’s transaction protection, you can protect your rights in just a few simple steps. 1. Quick dispute initiation process Go to "Mini Program Order Page - Corresponding Order - Order Details" and click on the upper right corner to initiate the dispute handling process. The merchant will handle it within 48 hours. If the merchant and you cannot reach an agreement, the WeChat platform will intervene in time to verify and handle it. 2. Low-cost complaints If you do not leave any dispute proof such as screenshots of the product page during the shopping process, you can directly initiate the dispute resolution process in a certified merchant store without providing any evidence. The evidence and verification will be completed by the merchant and WeChat. 3. Rights protection “through train” For disputes beyond the scope of platform mediation, WeChat is exploring a variety of solutions, including assisting in submitting the dispute to the Internet Court for mediation or applying for filing a case with the consent of both parties to the dispute, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of all parties. Currently, WeChat is trying to cooperate with the Guangzhou Internet Court to protect the rights and interests of users, and will continue to expand communication and cooperation with other courts in the future. The transaction guarantee for merchants in the mini program is currently in internal testing. Merchants who successfully connect will receive benefits such as the mini program card endorsement logo, official transaction guarantee components, and search weighting.
