The information indicates that this is the last iOS version that the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and the original iPhone SE will support. This is not surprising, as Apple usually provides software updates for about four to five years after the release of new devices. There is no information yet on which iPad models will run iPadOS 14, but if iPadOS 14 is compatible with all iPads capable of running iPadOS 13, it will run on the following devices:
