Tencent has officially launched several practical WeChat applets (Tencent To-Do, Tencent E-Signature, Tencent Document Collection Assistant), which are really practical and easy to use. With their help, we can complete the task with twice the result with half the effort. Let's take a look.

Don't know where you record your to-do list? Now there is a new place and a new tool, that is the "Tencent To-Do" applet. With its help, you can not only easily record your to-do items, but also get WeChat to-do reminders, and you can also send to-do items to friends or WeChat groups so that they can quickly add to the to-do list.

When you enter the Tencent To-Do mini program, you can see four major project categories. Tencent To-Do divides the user's to-do items into two categories: "Today" and "All To-Do".

The first thing users need to do is to follow Tencent To-Do’s official account so that they can receive To-Do reminders.

Next is to create a to-do item. By default, it is just a new plain text to-do item. Users can activate other functions (add to favorites, @, add time, date and reminder, add to collection box, add address) through the buttons below the input box. New to-do items are added to the collection box by default for easy viewing later.

Tencent To-Do has an easy sharing function. Users only need to enter any to-do item and click the share button to share the to-do item with friends or groups. The share will be sent in the form of a QR code image. Friends who receive it only need to long press the image to enter Tencent To-Do and quickly add the to-do item. After joining, you can view the time, location and participants of the to-do item, and also view the completion status.

In addition to WeChat official account reminders, the reminder methods of Tencent To-Do Mini Program also include SMS and email reminders, but currently only WeChat official account reminders are enabled. Write a promissory note and sign a contract with Tencent Electronic Signature Next is the "Tencent Electronic Signature" Mini Program, which is a product that provides safe and convenient electronic contract signing and evidence preservation services for enterprises and individuals. Users can complete online signing with the agreed party under the premise of real-name authentication, and preserve the signing process to ensure the credibility of the contract.

Tencent Electronic Signature Mini Program currently provides users with three functions: "Small Receipt, Small IOU, Small Contract". When users don't know how to write IOUs, contracts, and receipts in a standard way, they can use it. Tencent Electronic Signature Mini Program provides users with a standard format and has a real-name authentication function.

Small receipt

After entering the small receipt, you can see that this electronic receipt is divided into the payee and the payee. Regardless of whether it is the payee or the payee, after filling in the relevant information as required (identity information is required), it will enter the face recognition authentication stage. Only after the face recognition is passed can this electronic receipt be sent to WeChat friends for confirmation. The receipt will only take effect after both parties have passed the face recognition authentication and signed.

Small IOU

IOUs are divided into two types: "Lend me" and "I lend". After filling in the relevant information, there is a handwritten signature step, and then both parties need to enter facial recognition authentication to confirm the effectiveness of the IOU.

Small Contract

For small contracts, Tencent Electronic Credentials has prepared a number of contract templates for users, so users don’t have to worry about how to write a contract that complies with the regulations. They only need to apply the template and fill in the relevant information, and then send it to the other party. When both parties have successfully authenticated their identities and signed, the contract process has ended and the contract has come into effect.

Tencent Document Collection Assistant and Tencent Document Chain

Recently, many people have been involved in data collection. For example, data collection on students' health check-in status, vaccination status, etc. Usually there are dozens or hundreds of people, and even if the data is easy to collect, it is difficult to count. Tencent Document Collection Assistant applet is here to help.

Using the Tencent Document Collection Assistant applet, users can create a new data collection template and customize it to add rich optional questionnaire content (with handwritten signatures and picture attachments), or they can directly select several of its built-in templates and apply them directly.

After creating the questionnaire, you can share it with friends or groups. When someone fills out the questionnaire, the creator will receive a reminder from the WeChat public account (need to follow Tencent Docs).

The creator can enter (Tencent Document Collection Assistant applet → My → enter the corresponding collection table → Collection result floating button) to view the collected data and generate a spreadsheet.

Another similar app is Tencent Document Chain. It is common for parents to chain messages in parent groups. Since the group chain function was introduced, the chat group has become less messy, but it is still not very convenient to collect statistics. This "Tencent Document Chain" app not only allows you to easily start the chain, but also supports exporting the chain information into a spreadsheet.
