The “average number of pages visited” is very low (the “average visit depth” is very low). What does this mean?

"Average Pages Visited" indicates the average number of pages a visitor browses on your website. "Average Pages Visited" rarely indicates that visitors usually leave your website after visiting a few pages after entering it. The possible reasons for this phenomenon are:

1. Problems with adding Baidu Statistics code: Only pages with Baidu Statistics code added can obtain access data. If the code is only added to some pages of the website, Baidu Statistics can only obtain the visits to these pages, resulting in a smaller average number of visited pages.

2. The website content is simple and unattractive: Rich website content and content presentation methods can usually stimulate the interest of visitors and increase their trust in your website. If your website content is simple and cannot effectively attract visitors, it will cause visitors to leave immediately after entering.

3. The website is rich in content but lacks clear navigation: In order to showcase your products or services to customers, you may place rich content on the website. However, every visitor has his or her own content of interest after entering your website. If your website lacks clear navigation, visitors are likely to leave immediately because they cannot quickly find the content they need.
