Operations are closer to users and also have a better understanding of the product (because they can read planning documents and numerical designs). A company will definitely not release only one product. We need new products to continue to generate sustainable and growing revenue.

Therefore, at this stage, the focus of product A and product B must be different. It is a very important job to control the focus of products at different stages, reasonably allocate different product lines, and achieve resource optimization and iteration between products.
