1. Basic qualifications for opening an account

The list of Xiaomi performance marketing account opening qualifications is as follows:

1. Currently, Xiaomi advertising cooperation does not support individual customers opening accounts;

2. The business license must be stamped with the latest annual inspection stamp, reflecting the business scope (must include promotion business)

3. Commercial websites should provide a scanned copy or photocopy of the original value-added telecommunications business license (the website should be marked with an ICP certificate, and the photocopy should be stamped with the official seal);

4. Non-profit websites should provide a screenshot of the ICP filing of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website (website logo ICP filing), which must be stamped with the official seal;

3. Landing Page Review Rules

1.1 Landing page legality review

1.1.1 The landing page must not contain any illegal or misleading information.

1.2 Landing Page Content Review

1.2.1 The unified export of application download advertisements is Xiaomi App Store (the main domain name is mi.com);

1.2.2 The mobile site must be a complete h5 site, that is, the domain name must contain multiple pages that users can access in depth;

1.2.3 The page shall not contain more than 2 (including 2) floating windows;

1.2.4 It cannot be a single download page;

1.2.5 If the promotion is for the financial or investment-related industries, a complete risk warning statement must be added at the bottom of the landing page;

1.3 The landing page content shall not be modified without authorization. Once discovered, the advertiser’s account will be rejected and in serious cases, the account will be permanently blocked.

4. Special Qualifications

1. If the advertiser places advertisements for special industries, the advertiser shall submit relevant qualifications according to the qualification requirements of the industry, such as "Financial License";

2. If the advertising material involves trademarks, patents, etc., the advertiser needs to provide additional "Trademark Registration Certificate" or "Trademark Registration Application Acceptance Notice", "Patent Certificate", etc.;

3. If the advertising material involves copyright, software copyright, etc., you must provide the "Software Copyright Registration Certificate", "Copyright Registration Certificate", etc.;

4. If the advertising material involves portrait authorization, brand authorization, data source proof, etc., which requires the advertiser to provide supporting documents, the advertiser needs to provide additional relevant authorization documents, certificates, explanatory letters or confirmation letters (collectively referred to as "support documents"). The supporting documents shall be authentic and legal, and be able to prove that the advertiser has the necessary rights to place the relevant advertisements. Advertisers may use their own certification documents. Regardless of the form of certification documents submitted, they must be authentic, legal and fully cover the advertiser's scope of use;

5. If the advertiser places advertisements in the following industries, it is necessary to provide a "Industry Promotion Commitment Letter". The industries involved include medical (including medical beauty, medical diagnosis and treatment services, etc.), pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pesticides, veterinary drugs, health foods, food, financial services, real estate, dating, cosmetics, alcohol, car sales, investment promotion, video, live broadcast, clothing, shoes and hats, luggage retail, digital products, adult products, guessing, parenting, bedding, decoration and decoration services, beauty salons (except medical beauty), second-class e-commerce, and consulting services

Account opening review questions and answers

• Where can I add account qualifications such as industry promotion commitment letters?

Go to Account Center - Advertising Qualifications - Add Qualifications, and submit for review after adding.

• How long does it usually take to complete an account opening review?

Normal review time is 9:00-18:30, Monday to Friday. Customers are advised to submit as early as possible on weekdays.

• The system prompts that you need to submit an advertising authorization confirmation letter. How can you obtain the letter template?

Please note: Regarding the advertising authorization confirmation letter, both parties A and B need to keep the account opening agent and company registration name consistent, and both parties must also affix their company seals.

• Is there an abnormality in the business scope of the business license?

Please confirm the operating status of the business license and that the business scope is consistent with the promotional business. If the business scope of the enterprise changes, please provide a change certificate from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau or go to the local Industrial and Commercial Bureau to modify the business scope.

• Is it prompted that the ICP filing is inconsistent with the company business license in the account opening application?

The name of the ICP filing sponsor must be consistent with the name on the business license of the company applying for the account. If they are inconsistent, a business promotion authorization must be provided and stamped with the official seal.
