In 2023, the total sales of pure electric, plug-in hybrid and mild hybrid vehicles in Brazil increased by 91% to an all-time high of about 94,000 vehicles. BYD, Chery and Great Wall occupied three of the top five seats in the sales of new energy vehicles.
