How can short videos use Baidu to accurately attract traffic?

I haven’t written an article for a long time. Today I took some time to write an article, which mainly talks about the thinking and gameplay of short videos to attract traffic on Baidu.

Baidu's traffic is still very large now. After all, there are many users and many questions. Many users search for nothing and look for Baidu when they have questions. They all want to find answers to their problems through Baidu.

But the question is, do users nowadays prefer to read boring articles or watch lively and interesting short videos?

It is not difficult to find that people nowadays do not like to read articles, but prefer to watch videos, and they must be short videos. Therefore, short videos are still in their bonus period on all major platforms so far.

What about Baidu? Many people may say that Baidu is not a short video platform, so how can short videos develop on Baidu?

I can say this: Although Baidu is not a short video platform, it includes short videos from major video platforms and gives the best ranking, so that users can see the video at a glance when searching for questions. Moreover, the conversion rate of users coming from Baidu is super high because they themselves want to solve the problem.

Then you can understand that Baidu is a bottomless ocean. As for other video platforms such as Youku, iQiyi, Haokan Video, Youku Video, Bilibili Video, Weibo Video, etc., as long as the short videos you make are posted on these platforms, Baidu will well include the short videos, and then generate rankings and video aggregation. Module 1: Select, test, and determine the video platform to be used

The first step is very important. The current video platforms include: Youku, iQiyi, Haokan Video, Bilibili, Weibo Video, Sohu, Toutiao, Dafeng, etc.

Although there are many platforms, you still need to test them yourself, because the platform algorithms are different every day. For example, iQiyi cannot dictate WeChat, but Youku can. Then we have to customize different video marketing content according to the algorithm.

Moreover, videos posted on some video platforms can only be included and ranked, but cannot be aggregated together. For example, videos posted on Sohu accounts cannot be aggregated. Therefore, you need to post videos to test what the rules of these platforms are, and then organize them.

So the question is, how do we insert our ads? This is a core issue. Let me tell you, one of our methods of adding ads is to guide users to actively search for brand words to find us. But the prerequisite is that you have to prepare articles about brand words in advance. The articles are mainly distributed through Baixing.com, and can be directly linked to WeChat. The introduction is simple: share professional knowledge from an expert's perspective, and the ad begins with "Hello everyone, I am Teacher XXX, today I will share with you how to make money with tattoos. If you also want to learn tattoos, you can search for Teacher XXX online to find me, and then communicate with me one-on-one."

It’s actually that simple. If users really want to learn, they will find you based on what you have learned. Of course, the bait part still needs to be polished. I just gave a brief introduction and you have to research the details yourself.

Well, after the copy is written, you have to record it. This can be done by a real person. It is strongly recommended to record it by a real person. Find a headset and a mobile phone and open the recording software to record, and then import it to your computer.

Module 4: Video production techniques

Making videos is actually very simple. If you have the basic knowledge of video editing, there will be no problem. What we do most often now is remixing videos. If you don’t have any basic knowledge, let me tell you how to mix and cut.

Because we mainly use long-tail words to attract traffic from videos. So first of all, you need to dig out a lot of long-tail words, and the long-tail words are titles.

Generally, what we do is to spell out long-tail words in pairs, such as how much does the XXX lead generation course cost, is XXX handsome, and these long-tail words are spelled together to form a title. Of course, manual splicing is very tiring, so use software if you can. We use software here to splice long-tail words and splice N words in large quantities at one time.

Module 6: Batch scaling, persistence is victory

Finally, we need to scale up the number of videos. With our execution capability, we can publish at least 200 videos every day. You may ask, how can we produce so many videos in one day? Yes, we can, we just need to dedupe the video. For example, changing the background, speeding up the sound, etc.

Then it’s all about persistence. If you work hard for three days and rest for two days, you will hardly get any results. As long as you persist, you can really lie down and get precise powder every day in the later stage.
