Of course, this is just a brief introduction to the brand cooperation platform. With the upgrade of the Xiaohongshu system, there have been some changes. For example, on March 30, Xiaohongshu officially took down the "Business Reporting" function, and creators need to bind brand cooperation orders through the "Brand Cooperation" function. 2. Brand Cooperation Notes Release Process①Publish cooperation notes First, when posting a note, click on “Advanced Options” in the lower left corner and select the first item “Bind Order ”, select the corresponding brand cooperation order to bind, and after confirming the note, you can choose to publish it. ② Note review After the cooperation notes are released, Xiaohongshu officials and the brand are required to review and confirm the content of the notes. During this process, the notes are visible only to the creator. At this time, the creator can still modify the notes, but after each modification, it needs to be re-reviewed by Xiaohongshu’s official and confirmed by the brand. The review process takes about half a day . If the brand has release time requirements, the release time can be appropriately advanced. The note review and confirmation process can be viewed in Brand Cooperation in the Creator Center . After the note is reviewed and confirmed, Captain Shu will also notify the creator via message, so just pay attention to the message. ③Notes are officially released After completing the above steps and the brand confirms that the content of the note is correct, the creator can officially publish the brand cooperation note through the "Brand Cooperation" section of the Creator Center. The time when the note is officially released is the final release time of the collaborative note. ④View note data On the homepage of Xiaohongshu, click "Me" to enter your personal homepage, and you can find the "Brand Cooperation Notes Data Entry" in the upper right corner. After entering, select the collaborative note you want to view data for, and you can see the corresponding note exposure, reading, interaction and other statistics. 3. Notes on brand cooperation① When a brand partner publishes a commercial promotion note, he/she must bind the transaction order of the brand cooperation platform through the "Brand Cooperation" function to report the cooperation . Otherwise, they will be punished by limiting the exposure of the note, or their account will be banned from posting notes or even blocked. ② Brand cooperation invitations must be confirmed within 72 hours after the brand places an order invitation. If not confirmed, it will be cancelled by default. ③Is there a limit on the number of promotional notes per month? Even if a creator becomes a brand partner, the proportion of promotional notes published by the creator each month cannot exceed 20% . After the note is published, unbinding an order or deleting a cooperative note will still occupy the promotional note quota for that month. ④Can brand cooperation notes be modified after they are published? Collaborative notes can be modified before the notes are officially published. After the note is officially published, the text, pictures and related topics can be modified. However, the note video needs to release the transaction order first . The unbinding location is the location where the cooperation order is bound when the note is released. After modification, the order must be rebinded and reviewed and confirmed before it can be officially released. In addition, the modified notes will not occupy the cooperation quota. ⑤After the collaboration note is released, can the creator regret canceling the collaboration? Before the note is officially released, the creator can regret and cancel the brand cooperation; after the note is officially released, the cooperation can no longer be cancelled. ⑥Can creators delete their collaboration notes themselves? Before the note is officially released, the creator can delete the collaborative note, which is equivalent to canceling the cooperation order with the brand, and then the note will not be released again. After the note is officially released, the creator cannot delete the collaborative note at will unless they negotiate with the brand to delete it or re-bind the note!
