1. How much is the monthly old-age subsidy for rural people aged 80 and above in 2022?

1. Chengdu, Sichuan

The old-age allowance for those aged 80 to 89 is 50 yuan per person per month; for those aged 90 to 99 it is 200 yuan; and for those over 100 years old it is 500 yuan.

2. Chongqing

For low-income groups aged 70 to 89, the monthly subsidy is 100 yuan; for those aged 90 to 99, it is 200 yuan; and for those over 100 years old, 500 yuan is also given per month.

3. Qinghai

For those aged 70 to 79, it is 110 yuan per person per month; for those aged 80 to 89, it is 120 yuan; for those aged 90 to 99, it is 140 yuan; for those aged 100 and above, it is 180 yuan per person per month.

4. Fuquan City

For elderly people aged 80 to 89, 60 yuan per person per month will be given; for elderly people aged 90 to 99, 100 yuan per person per month will be given. The old-age subsidy is not included in the elderly person’s family income and does not affect their enjoyment of other eligible benefits and preferential policies.

5. Liupanshui City

80-89 years old, 80 yuan/person/month; 90-99 years old, 150 yuan/person/month; over 100 years old, 300 yuan/person/month.

6. Beihai City

① For the elderly aged 80 years and above (including 80 years) but less than 90 years old, each person shall receive no less than RMB 50 per month;

② For senior citizens aged 90 or above (including 90 years old) but less than 100 years old, each person shall receive no less than RMB 100 per month;

③ For the elderly aged 100 or above (including 100) but less than 110, each person shall receive no less than RMB 300 per month;

④ For elderly people aged 110 and above (including 110 years old), the monthly allowance shall not be less than RMB 500 per person.

All counties, districts and the Weizhou Island Tourism Area are encouraged to raise the standard of old-age allowance based on actual conditions.

7. Wuhan

Any elderly person who is 80 years old or above (inclusive), has a Wuhan household registration or is a retired military personnel stationed in Wuhan can enjoy the old-age allowance policy. At present, the standards for the payment of old-age allowance in Wuhan are as follows:

① Elderly people aged 80 to 89 can enjoy an old-age allowance of RMB 100 per month;

② Elderly people aged 90 to 99 can enjoy a monthly old-age allowance of RMB 200 per person;

③ Elderly people aged 100 and above can enjoy an old-age allowance of 500 yuan per month.

④ Centenarians can enjoy Spring Festival greetings, birthday visits, and regular physical examination care activities every year.

⑤ The standard for Spring Festival condolences will be 500 yuan per person, and the funds are generally borne by the municipal finance; the funds for birthday visits and regular physical examinations will be borne by the district finance, at a standard of 500 yuan per person.

① 70 to 79 years old, 30 yuan per person per month;

② 80 to 89 years old, 100 yuan per person per month;

2. How to apply for the old-age subsidy for 80-year-olds in 2022?

Documents required: applicant's ID card, original and photocopy of household registration book, two recent 1-inch bareheaded photos of the applicant. Submit application to the street or community (preparatory committee) where the applicant is registered, and fill in the "Application and Approval Form for Elderly Living Allowance" (in triplicate).

Process:

1. Personal application: Eligible elderly people must apply for the old-age allowance voluntarily. Before the 15th of each month, they should submit an application to the community (preparatory committee) where their household registration is located by bringing their ID card, original and copy of their household registration booklet, and two recent 1-inch bare-head photos. They should also fill out the "XX District Old-Age Elderly Living Allowance Application Approval Form" (in triplicate).
