The latest guide to APP listing in 2021

After the APP is developed, the final operation is to put it on the application market so that it can be known by more users. Different mobile phones have different application market requirements. The author of this article gives examples of several common application markets. Let’s take a look at their listing requirements and share them with you.

I found that the information on the Internet is not so complete, and a lot of it is outdated and no longer applicable. • Application icon: size 16×16, less than 20K, PNG format image
• Screenshot requirements: Please upload 2-5 screenshots (keep the same size). Each image should not exceed 1M. 480*800 pixels are recommended. JPG, PNG formats.
• One sentence introduction: 5-15 Chinese characters
• Application description: 60-500 words

• Qualification materials:

1. Test account (for apps with login function, you need to submit a testable account password)

2. A color copy of the business license (write the date of use for registering a Tencent Mobile Open Platform developer account + submission date)

• Screenshot requirements: Please upload 4-5 screenshots (keep the same size), JPG and PNG formats are supported. Screenshot size requirement: no less than 800*480 (480*800), a single image cannot exceed 3M. Please remove the top notification bar in the screenshot.
• One sentence introduction: within 13 words

• Application description: 50-500 words; must fill in the application type, function and other related introduction

• Screenshot requirements: (Please upload 3-5 clear screenshots. The size should be 480*800 vertical, in jpg/png format. Each image should be the same size, and a single image should not exceed 2MB)

• Application description: 50-1000 words
• New version features: 5-200 words, fill in the new version update introduction

• Screenshot requirements: 3~5 screenshots must be uploaded. Size: within 2MB; Dimensions: 450*800px; Format: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP.
• One sentence introduction: 80 words or less
• Application description: within 8000 words
• New version features: within 500 words
• Qualification materials: Please upload the application copyright certificate or agency certificate. JPG, PNG, and BMP formats are supported. The maximum size of a single image cannot exceed 4MB.

8. Alibaba Application Distribution Platform (Wandoujia/PP Assistant)

Developer login address: http://open.uc.cn/

• Application icon requirements: Please upload an icon in PNG format, with a transparent background and rounded corners. The recommended upload resolution is 512px*512px (minimum 256px*256px)
• Screenshot requirements: Please upload at least 4 screenshots, support jpg or png format, iOS app screenshots are not allowed, the resolution should not be less than 480*800 or 800*480
• One-sentence introduction: In 8 words or less, briefly describe the product’s features and selling points.
• Application description: A paragraph describing your product, within 1,000 Chinese characters, with good segmentation and no links allowed
• New version features: List several features of the product, use serial numbers, wrap lines, and limit to 1,000 Chinese characters

• Keywords: A single keyword should not exceed 7 Chinese characters. Multiple keywords must be separated by spaces. The word count is limited to 100 words.
