Baidu information flow account opening generally requires the following qualifications

1. Original business license (a copy is also acceptable, but it must be the original and cannot be photocopied);

2. Screenshot of Hongdun.com (including the link, printed out and stamped, with "consistent with the website" written in black pen);

3. Letter of Commitment (both the front and back parts must be stamped)

4. Account opening license (edited for public accounts)

For example, the following qualifications are required for the products of the second-class e-commerce

(1) Cosmetics: Cosmetics production license (named with the production license number), special-purpose cosmetics approval certificate/non-special-purpose cosmetics filing screenshot (named with the approval document number), trademark, quality inspection;

Qualifications of non-advertisers also need to provide: business license of the manufacturer (named with the manufacturer's company name), authorization letter for entrusted sales (named with the registered product name)

(2) Disinfectants: Disinfectant product approval number certification document issued by provincial health administrative departments or above, or disinfectant product manufacturer health license issued by provincial health administrative departments or above (named with license batch number), trademark, quality inspection;
