1 Modify the Visual Studio/SQL Server Management Studio programming font size

After installing the programming software, the first thing to do is to change the font size. I usually change it to 14pt, because the default font size of the tool software is too small (the default font size of Visual Studio .NET 2003 is 9pt, and the default font size of the recent Visual Studio 2013/2015 is 10pt).

The new version of Visual Studio also supports importing settings from old versions, so when starting up, you only need to import the settings from the old version of the software.

2 Set the screen background to eye-protection color

4. Improve eye habits and environment

5. Improve your diet

5.4 Lean meat, poultry offal, fish, shrimp, milk, eggs, beans, etc. are rich in protein.

5. Eye bags (edema) - The small intestine meridian passes under the eyes, which is related to the triple energizer, small intestine, and kidney. It is caused by cold evil, insufficient yang energy, and inability to metabolize water.

4. How to care for your eyes

Kite flying, kicking the keyboard and other sports are also beneficial.
