Recently, 12306 launched an electronic boarding certificate function, which allows you to apply for it with one click on your mobile phone, eliminating the tedious process of queuing at the window. How to use it? Let's take a look.

1. Open 12306, click "Warm Service" on the homepage, and find the "Temporary Identity Certificate for Passenger Trains" at the top;

After talking about the steps to receive it, let's make a few more key points:

1. This temporary certificate can only be used for train travel. If you have other needs, you still need to go through relevant channels.

2. After the temporary certificate is issued, it is valid for 24 hours. To use it within the validity period, you can still go to "Warm Service-Temporary Identity Certificate for Passenger Trains" to check. However, in order to prevent others from using it, the APP will re-perform face recognition every 30 minutes to confirm the user's identity.

3. The QR code on the temporary certificate can be used for entry and exit ticket inspection at the station gate, as well as the sale, refund and change of electronic tickets. Generally speaking, it is exactly the same as the ID card. However, due to network reasons, the verification may sometimes fail. In this case, just click the blue text below to refresh the QR code.

4. Each person can apply for the electronic temporary certificate three times a month. If you apply more than three times, you need to go to the ticket window to apply manually. Fortunately, this is just an emergency operation. I don't think anyone will forget to bring their ID card for N consecutive times.

In general, this new function of 12306 is quite practical, especially since it was launched before the Spring Festival, which relieved the worries of quite a number of people.
