1. Keyword Tracking Tags

The keywords in the account must be well tracked, so that it is very convenient to distinguish the traffic source channels and what materials are triggered. Try not to choose the client's URL tracking tag. You can add something like unit_keyword number_creative number for easy analysis;

2. Run the account data. For new accounts, you must try to run the account data. It is best to accumulate a comprehensive 30-day account data table and download it, such as the following tables: plan report + keyword report + time period table + account background export account information table, and indicate the source channel. At the same time, you must ask the customer service for data, such as the consultation form downloaded from the chat software;

3. Account data organization

All tables are organized into an Excel table and the sources are marked for easy analysis. The contents are:
a. In the table, only the account, plan, unit, keyword, keyword default and mobile URL need to be left, and the URL should be placed at the front of the table. The table name should be set as [Account Structure Table].

b. Create a new effective consultation table: delete invalid information, remove duplicates (based on customer service and IP address), copy the source link in the table to the last row, use the split column to remove useless suffixes, use the vlookup formula to retrieve the plan and keywords corresponding to the link from the structure table, and name this table [Effective Consultation Table].

c. Copy the cumulative data of keyword display points and create a new empty table, selectively paste, use the countif formula, call the corresponding plan and keyword conversion number in the effective consultation table, and use division to calculate the corresponding cost.

4. Calculate the data summary and combine the tables made to make channel, account, region, plan, and keyword cost tables. Use the structure table and consultation table to make data such as time periods, pages, and customer service conversion rates. Use the data and trends to summarize how to optimize the account, such as optimizing the account level by level based on the standard of spending less or no money on the bad ones and more money on the good ones.
