(1) After the Douyin account qualification review is successful, the right to use the applicant's Douyin account belongs to the applicant entity that has passed the qualification review. (2) After the Douyin account qualifications are successfully reviewed, the applicant has the right to operate externally under the identity disclosed in the certified account name and certification information, and to be distinguished from other non-certified users through the certification mark.

(3) After a Douyin account is authenticated, the Douyin platform has the right to disclose all or part of the information provided by the authenticated entity to facilitate other users to know the information of the authenticated entity. The disclosure of such information will not involve the commercial secrets or secrets of the authenticated entity.

(5) If the applicant does not have a Toutiao account, the applicant hereby confirms the application for a Toutiao account. By opening a Toutiao account, it is deemed that the user agrees to authorize Toutiao account to process the relevant information and data of the user's Douyin account. The login process of Toutiao, the scope and standards for opening other certification rights and interests, and other matters are formulated and implemented by the Toutiao platform. The applicant confirms that the operator of the Douyin account in this official letter is consistent with the operator of the registered Toutiao account. If the Toutiao account cannot be successfully opened due to inconsistent information provided, the applicant will not be able to use other certification rights and the certification review fees paid will not be refunded.

1. The applicant promises that the certification information submitted to Toutiao Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Toutiao") is true and correct, and irrevocably authorizes Toutiao and its entrusted third-party audit agency to screen and verify the submitted information. The applicant understands and agrees that once the application is made, the audit cost of Toutiao and its entrusted third-party audit agency will be incurred. Therefore, the certification audit service fee paid will not be refunded due to factors such as the certification result or whether the applicant withdraws the application. At the same time, the content maintenance and operation management of Douyin accounts should comply with national laws, regulations, policies, the "Douyin User Service Agreement and Privacy Protection Policy", Douyin and Toutiao's rules, systems and other relevant regulations. If you violate the above commitments, you will bear the consequences yourself.

2. The actions of the account operator designated by the applicant during the certification application and Douyin account maintenance and operation management process shall be deemed as the actions of the applicant, and the applicant shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities for the actions of the authorized account operator. All information transmitted by the authorized contact email address designated by the applicant shall be deemed as the applicant's true intention, and Toutiao's act of sending emails to the authorized contact email address shall be deemed as the applicant's receipt of the email.
