All marriage registration services (including marriage registration, divorce registration, marriage file inquiry, reissue of marriage registration certificate, etc.) implement a telephone appointment system, staggered registration, and strict control of the number of registrations. After the appointment is successful, please be sure to go to the registration office at the appointed time. No one will be accepted after the appointment. Please make an appointment at least one day in advance. No appointment will be accepted without advance reservation.

The above notice stated: The registration office does not provide copying, photography, and certificate issuance services, and the waiting hall is closed. Only one couple is allowed to enter the registration area at a time. Relatives are not allowed to accompany them. No more than two people are allowed to handle marriage registration in the registration office. Leave when you are done. No staying. Please make an appointment at least one working day in advance. No appointment will be accepted without advance reservation. On-site number collection is suspended. Appointments are open for the next 5 working days. Fuzhou Jinan resumes marriage registration

On February 17, the Jin'an District People's Government website released the "Announcement of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jin'an District, Fuzhou City on the Resumption of Marriage Registration by Appointment."

Starting from February 17, the marriage registration window of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Jin'an District, Fuzhou City will implement an "online appointment + on-site number collection" service mechanism. Applicants can make online appointments for services in the next 15 working days through the "Fuzhou Jin'an District Administrative Service Center" WeChat public account or the "eFuzhou" APP. The service hall will suspend on-site number collection.

At present, all 12 marriage registration windows in Fuzhou are open and handling marriage registration services as normal.
