1. How much is the one-time social security subsidy in Beijing?

If the average number of people paying unemployment insurance in an enterprise from January to April remains the same as last year or increases by 20% (inclusive) or less, a one-time subsidy of 30% of the actual social insurance premiums paid for three months will be given; if it increases by 20% or more, a one-time subsidy of 50% of the actual social insurance premiums paid for three months will be given. The maximum subsidy base is capped at RMB 6,315 per person.

For example, a certain company paid unemployment insurance premiums for an average of 200 people per month last year, and for an average of 226 people per month from January to April this year, an increase of more than 20%. Assuming that all employees are paid 5,000 yuan per month, the company can enjoy a one-time subsidy of 30% of the unit contribution portion of basic pension, medical and unemployment insurance for three months, which is approximately 270,000 yuan. If the average monthly number of payers reaches 240 this year, and the number increase is equal to 20%, they can enjoy a one-time social security subsidy of 50% for 3 months, which is about 480,000 yuan.

Non-state-owned enterprises that have been severely affected by the epidemic and are in line with the capital's functional positioning and industrial development direction mainly refer to small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the "One District and Sixteen Parks in Zhongguancun", "Three Cities and One District" or belonging to the top ten high-tech industries. At the same time, in order to stabilize employees' jobs, these enterprises are required to keep the average number of employees in the first four months of this year the same as or increase compared with last year.

3. What should I do if social security has already been paid?

In response to the epidemic, our city has formulated and implemented the policy of "extending the collection period of social insurance premiums payable in January and February to the end of March". This makes it clear that the collection period of social insurance premiums payable in January and February can be extended to the end of March, which means that the deadline for social insurance payment in these two months has been extended. In other words, companies can pay on time or postpone payment to the end of March according to their own circumstances.

If an enterprise really needs to refund the premiums, it can log in to the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" after February 17, select the newly opened "I want to apply for a refund of premiums" channel, and apply for a refund of the basic pension, unemployment and work-related injury insurance premiums that have been deducted as required. We will return it to the insured unit's account as soon as possible, and will no longer automatically deduct its social insurance premiums in March.
