Preparation: a credit card that supports VISA or Master payment, company email address, and company website (must be the same as the email address suffix). There are two types of Apple enterprise developer accounts. The first type, Enterprise Program, is for internal testing by company employees and is not publicly available for download; the second type, Developer Program, is released to the public. 1. Enterprise Program (priced at $299 by Apple, approximately RMB 1988). The purpose of this account: The enterprise account is an account that Apple gives to corporate users for internal testing. We can package the APP through the certificate generated by this account and put it on the company's internal website (not upload to AppStore), which can be downloaded and installed by Apple users. However, it is worth noting that when installing the APP in this way, once the one-year validity period of the account expires, the APP already installed on the phone cannot be started, nor can it be downloaded and installed on the website, and must be repackaged and released. Therefore, it is very important to renew your account on time. This certificate has no restrictions on the number of devices it can be installed on (this feature brings great convenience to developers when testing and distributing apps, especially for multi-person collaboration). But please note: this account is only used for internal testing and cannot be downloaded publicly. Apple's control is very strict. Anyone who uses the enterprise account in violation of Apple's terms will be at risk of having the enterprise account blocked. After the account is blocked, the APP using this certificate will crash. 1. Go to the Apple Developer website: https://developer.apple.com/, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Enterprise Program. 2. After entering the Enterprise Program page, select "Get started with enrollment" in the middle of the page; 3. Jump to the page of What You Need to Enroll, which describes what you need to prepare. Just select "Start Your Enrollment" below. 4. If you are not logged in, the login interface of the Apple developer account will pop up. Of course, if you don’t have an Apple account, you need to register one. Click “Create Apple ID” to create an Apple account. 5. To create an Apple account, you need to fill in some information, such as APPID (email address), name (pinyin), password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and capital letters), security questions, date of birth, nationality, etc. (1) Fill in the email address in the Apple ID column (it is recommended to use the company's corporate email address); (2) It is strongly recommended to create a word document when applying for an Apple certificate. On the one hand, it is to record information, and on the other hand, it is convenient for the next application or copying and pasting information. Because after filling in a series of information and submitting it, the verification code may have expired, and sometimes the page is updated and you have to fill it in again (it is also recommended when applying for the Dun & Bradstreet code later)... 6. After filling in the form, click "Continue" to proceed to the next step. Receive a verification code in your email. 7. Enter your mailbox, receive the email, and click "Verify" to verify successfully. 8. Go back to step 4, log in using the account you just applied for, and click Sign In. 9. Agree to the agreement and submit. 10. Select "Company/Organization". 11. After selecting, a warning pops up, which means that before applying for an Apple developer certificate, you need to apply for a Dun & Bradstreet code (the Dun & Bradstreet code in the United States is used as a corporate identification code). You cannot apply for a certificate without a Dun & Bradstreet code. Select "Check now" below DUNS Number to apply for the Dun and Bradstreet number. 12. Fill in the company-related information (all in English) on the D&B application page and submit it. The landline number needs to be filled in with the landline number where the person can be reached (the format for China is 86-area code+number+extension number, such as 86-0755XXXXX-XX). 13. After submission, the following page will appear. There is no need to select here (all addresses in the list are already recorded in Dun & Bradstreet) because the address you just applied for is not in the list. Click "submit your information" on this page. If you see "DUNS Number Creation Request" displayed, it means the information has been submitted successfully. Apple will then send an email with the approximate time when Dun & Bradstreet's application was approved and the response code for the submission request. At this step, you need to take a break and wait for the application of the Dun & Bradstreet code to be completed. You will be notified of the application via email, so please check your email. It will take about a week. If it is not delivered yet, you can consult according to the response code. Dun & Bradstreet Email: [email protected] Apple Consulting Hotline: 4006 701 855 14. After a long week of waiting... Apple will call to verify some information, such as the company name, address, etc., and will also check whether the company has been registered, the applicant's contact information, etc. Once verification is completed, the Dun & Bradstreet number will be issued. Apple will remind you that it is best to use the code after 14 working days. If you want to use it in advance, do not fail more than 3 times, and then go through the subsequent process. 15. Get the DUNS Number from the email. Go back to step 11 and this time select "Continue". 16. If you are the company owner, select the first option. If you are not the company owner but the company authorized person, select the second option. The difference between choosing the second option is that you need to fill in more information about the authorizer. Just fill it out and it's OK. 17. Here you need to fill in the Dun & Bradstreet code, company name, company homepage, headquarters phone number, and work email address received in your email. Among them, fill in 86 for the headquarters phone Country Code, fill in the company landline number (with the area code in front) for Phone Number , and fill in the extension number for Extension. Example: 86-0755XXXXXXXX-XXX. The email suffix xxx.com and the company website domain suffix xxx.com need to be consistent. Apple is now very strict in reviewing Apple developer certificates, and it is easy to be rejected if you are not careful. After filling in the form, click "Continue". 18. This step is to verify the information. If the information is correct, check the Address column and select Submit. 19. After submission, it will prompt “Your enrollment is being processed”, indicating that the developer certificate application has been submitted. Well, then it was another week of waiting. If you need to update your Dun & Bradstreet information, you can send an email to Dun & Bradstreet (if you need Dun & Bradstreet's assistance, Apple's reply email usually contains Dun & Bradstreet's email address). Normally, you should receive a call from Apple in about a week to confirm basic information and purpose (internal company testing), and then you will receive an email allowing you to continue. Open the link in the email or log in to the website to continue your application. First, agree to the agreement. Click Submit. 21. Click to buy. The fee for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program certificate is RMB 1,988. 22. Select the payment method (VISA or MasterCard) and click Continue to purchase. 23. Payment completed. You will receive an order email in your mailbox, and then you can use the Apple certificate. Remember to renew the fee when it is about to expire. 2. Developer Program (priced at $99 by Apple, approximately RMB 699). This account is divided into personal version and company version. Function: used to publish Apple APPs to the AppStore (publishing to the AppStore is more troublesome for review. If you want to test the APP as soon as possible, you can use Enterprise Program to test it, and then use this certificate to publish it to the AppStore for review. This certificate has a limit on the number of devices that can be installed, that is, the number of devices used for development is 100. Application process for the company version (the personal version is simpler and does not require applying for a Dun & Bradstreet code, so I will not write it here, just refer to the following): 1. Go to the Apple Developer official website: https://developer.apple.com/, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Developer Program. 2. Click “Enroll” in the upper right corner to apply. 3. The registration process here can refer to steps 3-7 in the first part. By the way, if you want to apply for both the Developer Program and the Enterprise Program, you need to register two accounts, and one account can only be used for one certificate. 4. After registering an account, you need to select the account type. If you are an individual developer, select the first option: "Individual / Sole Proprletor / Single Person Business", if you are a corporate developer, select "Company / Organization", and if you are a government organization, select the third option. Note: The corporate version also requires a DUNS Number. However, as a company's unique identifier, the Dun & Bradstreet number can be used universally. If you have applied for a Dun & Bradstreet number before, you do not need to apply for it again. The application steps for this part can refer to steps 8-14 in Part 1. 5. The subsequent steps are the same as the first part.
