Tian Maoping: 10 lectures on Chinese medicine meridian theory and EFT emotional release technique

The emotion release technology that is popular in Europe and the United States has a low threshold, is easy to use and has good therapeutic effects. Tian Maoping, a descendant of a Canadian family of traditional Chinese medicine and a senior EFT therapist, will teach you how to use emotional release techniques for self-healing, to be aware of and manage your own emotions, and to coexist peacefully with your emotions.

In 1971, New York Times editor-in-chief Reston was hospitalized in Beijing for acute appendicitis. The doctors at Union Hospital used acupuncture to anesthetize him. Reston was so impressed that he published a report on acupuncture in the New York Times. Since then, acupuncture has become popular in the United States.

In 1980, American psychotherapist Ross Collingham perfected the combination of psychotherapy and acupuncture and named it TFT (Thought Field Therapy). Later, Gary Kray developed the EFT emotional release technique based on TFT, which everyone can quickly learn. Therefore, although EFT emotional release technique comes from the United States, it is derived from the ancient Chinese meridian theory and acupuncture.

Common problems that EFT can solve: Emotional distress: anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, etc.; Various addictions: Internet addiction, alcohol addiction, drug addiction, etc.;

Psychological problems: phobias, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.; psychological trauma: post-traumatic stress disorder, childhood abuse, sexual assault, etc.; physical diseases: headaches, endocrine disorders, sexual dysfunction, etc.; self-improvement: improving performance, pursuing goals, cultivating competitiveness, etc.; physical and mental growth: body cognition, spiritual exploration, body-mind unity, etc.

This is a low-threshold therapy. Students reported that psychoanalysis helped me understand the impact of my childhood on me and allowed me to look at problems rationally, while EFT allowed me to experience an emotional experience that I had never experienced before: connecting with my body, changing my emotions and cognition, and thus healing the childhood trauma I had been carrying for many years.
