Nowadays, many people want to learn relevant work skills to improve themselves. We know PS, web programming, etc. In addition to these, there are actually many rigid needs, such as the mechanical CNC industry, the construction industry, etc.

First-tier cities: Generally, first-tier cities have this kind of training. The training price ranges from three to five thousand yuan per session to tens of thousands of yuan. Many newly graduated students or practitioners with not very high salaries cannot afford thousands or tens of thousands of yuan for training at once, so they will choose systematic training on the Internet for a few hundred yuan.

In addition, there are many second-tier cities where many people want to participate in offline training, but these industries are relatively niche and there is no offline training locally, so they will also look for online training on the Internet. Some people will choose online live training, while others will choose a complete set of tutorials like ours for self-study.

This project mainly uses the Baidu bidding channel, taking advantage of information gaps and value creation to sell tutorial products, mainly CNC construction tutorials. It starts with niche and precise traffic, and obtains orders with less advertising costs. The profit of each order is about 300, and if about 2 orders are placed every day, it is equivalent to the salary of an office worker.

After finding these tutorials, search for them one by one. The search contents include: Baidu index is less than 500, Taobao sales volume is greater than 10, and competitors are less than 5. Products that meet these three conditions can become target products and be put into testing.

In addition, you can also use the product search criteria I mentioned above to find dozens of products that meet the requirements and place advertisements in batches.

Generally speaking, the pricing of this type of product ranges from a low of 398 to over 1,000, and you can combine the packages yourself. As long as the package seems to be worth the money, most customers will choose a mid- to high-priced package. In this way, you can make at least 300 yuan in profit for each transaction . If the traffic is sufficient, it is relatively easy to complete about 3 orders a day.

If you also type in "ansys tutorial" on Taobao , you will see many training instructors. We directly purchased several sets of tutorials with better systems and higher-quality instructors from Taobao.

Of course, there are similar training courses in Tencent Classroom, and the quality will be better. I usually choose Tencent Classroom system courses. These courses originally cost several thousand yuan. Many people who sell pirated courses will put Tencent Classroom tutorials on Xianyu and Taobao channels, and they can be purchased for only a few dozen yuan. Personally, I prefer high-quality courses like Tencent Classroom. Firstly, the instructors are of high quality and can really guide my clients into the field. Secondly, as long as the course quality is good, there is basically no after-sales service.

After purchasing several high-quality tutorials, I studied the packages of my competitors and Taobao, and compiled them into a systematic tutorial so that customers will feel that paying 398 to buy this set of tutorials is great value. For example, if I organize it like this, customers have never complained, and many customers have learned ANSYS from scratch.

The mobile hard drive and VIP card we purchased were also purchased directly from Taobao. A hard drive of dozens or hundreds of GB is enough, and is mainly used to install tutorials. The cost of a VIP card is only a few cents, and it can be customized.

Therefore, when making tutorial products, the initial investment is the cost of purchasing the tutorial (a good quality one will cost hundreds of yuan), a mobile hard drive (about 50 yuan each), prepare a batch of VIP cards, and create a WeChat account, and you can start working.

3. Traffic channels: mainly from Baidu bidding

The product is ready, and there are actually many traffic channels for this project. Some people are also using free channels such as SEO and WeChat rankings. If you want to see quick results and test the effects, paid channels are faster. I chose Baidu bidding here.

Baidu bidding means that when you search for "ansys tutorial" on Baidu , the ads that appear at the front and have the word "promotion" are bidding ads. To do Baidu bidding, you must first open a Baidu promotion account, which can be directly opened on Taobao. Find an account opening bank. Explain the products you want to promote, and the account opening company will help you set up an account. Generally, you need to first deposit 2,400 Baidu coins to open an account on Baidu, which is equivalent to investing more than 2,000 yuan to open an account for promotion.

After opening an account, the next step is to set up the account. Setting up an account is also very simple, at least I think it is much simpler than Taobao Express. The most important point is to choose keywords. The keywords you choose will determine whether you make a profit or a loss.

Generally , customers who want to learn tutorials tend to search for words such as tutorial, video tutorial, self-study tutorial, entry-level, zero-based, self-study tutorial, how much does it cost, etc.

These words can be combined with ansys, and by entering them one by one in the search, you will get a group of long-tail words.

With this batch of seed long-tail words, we will look at the customer search terms during the promotion process and add words with high intention, such as installation, free, cracked, Baidu Cloud, Baidu Netdisk and other irrelevant words. The keywords of the account will become more and more accurate, and the conversion rate of customers attracted will become higher and higher.

Generally, a high-conversion video + a web page practical case display + a large number of gifts can guide high-intent customers to place orders online.

If you still cannot convert on the web page, you will need to use customer service. Customer service generally solves problems that customers have not yet solved on the web page. We have summarized the following problems and distributed them to customer service.

Our current customer service conversion rate is generally around 28%, meaning that for every 1,000 customers, around 280 of them complete a transaction. Moreover, although the customer service staff has changed, the sales pitch remains the same and the overall conversion rate has not changed much.

5. This project has quick results, but it also has shortcomings, which is also my current bottleneck.

First, the customer did not repurchase. When customers purchase courses, it is a one-time purchase, unlike cosmetics and nourishing products which are repurchased. So overall it's a bit of a waste of customer resources.

Second, we launched hundreds of products and finally found that professional tutorials had a better conversion rate. However, there were not many professional tutorials and they were relatively unpopular, so the overall order volume could not be increased.

In general, this is a project suitable for novices. The initial capital investment is about 5,000. After the project is stable, you can let the customer service staff take charge of reception and delivery. It is basically an automated project.
