Q1. What is the registration certificate for computer software copyright? Is submission required to upload the application? A soft request?

A: 1.1. Computer software copyright refers to the various exclusive rights enjoyed by the software developer or other right holder over the software work in accordance with the provisions of relevant copyright laws.

1.2. Software copyright is not a mandatory document. The copyright proof column is only for submitting the "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate". If you do not have this certificate, you do not need to submit other irrelevant information in the copyright proof column. The submitted software copyright must be authentic. For special industries, please refer to the qualification requirements for special industries.

1.3. If the developer name of the submitted software is inconsistent with the developer name uploaded in the apk, please submit the relationship certificate of the two companies (Note: the relationship between the two companies must be parent-subsidiary, brother company, holding company, etc., and cannot be an authorization relationship, and the product authorization letter cannot be submitted); if the name of the submitted software application has no obvious relationship with the application name of the apk package, you also need to provide an app name modification certificate or other relationship description documents (issued by the Copyright Center);

1.4. Please do not submit false qualifications. Violators may have their accounts permanently frozen. For details, please refer to the platform documentation: Account freezing reasons and unblocking process.

Q2. How to apply to add the “official” logo? Where to submit information?

A: Please go to the developer's official website "Management Center - Distribution Services - Applications and Games - Application Services - Apply for Official Label". For the specific process, please refer to the official label application.

Q3. When uploading an APK package, it prompts "The package name already exists"?

A: An application can only have one package name. If there is a conflict, please first verify whether the account already has a product with the same package name. If not, please claim the application.

Q4. When applying for app claim, what does it mean if the message "Package name does not exist" appears?

A: If this prompt appears, it means that the claimed app is an app automatically captured by the system and there is no need to apply for app claiming. Upload the latest version of the application with the same package name to overwrite and replace the captured application. If you need to apply for delisting, please download this document attachment to apply.

Q5. Receive email reminders with built-in icons?

A: For issues regarding built-in icons, please refer to Article 4 of the platform document Application Submission. For built-in icons, you need to contact your company's technical developers to resolve them. Please modify the size according to the email prompts. This is only a platform suggestion (not mandatory). Each company can arrange the modification time according to its own situation.

Q6. What should I do if I receive an email about removal from shelves?

A: The platform will send a message reminder 4 hours before the new version of the application is overwritten. It is recommended to submit the new version modification in the background editing and updating as soon as possible, otherwise the current version of the application will be in the "offline" status, and the new version of the product will be displayed on the front end.

Q7. How to add an application subtitle?

A: When creating an app, fill in the app name in the form of "main title-subtitle". The name must not exceed 20 characters.

Q8. How to modify the product name?

A: ① When modifying the name of an application app, ensure that it is based on the original product. Please modify the correct name in "Admin Center - Applications and Games - Application Information - Edit and Update", and it must be consistent with the name in the apk package;

② If you want to modify the name of a game app, please contact the business department.

Q9. What should I do if the application package name changes?

A: If it is an app with the same name but the package name has changed, please first apply to remove the old package name app in "Admin Center - Apps and Games - App Information - Delisting Application", then create a new app and submit the new package name product, and wait for the review to be completed.

Q10. What should I do if the application signature changes?

A: Please do not change the application signature at will. If there are special reasons, please submit a new version of the application in "Administrative Center - Applications and Games - Application Information - Edit and Update", and add the reason for changing the signature in the "Remarks" column, and try to add relevant proof of ownership, such as: computer software copyright registration certificate, etc. If the review still fails, please contact the platform customer service to appeal.

Q11. The current version of the application has functional anomalies and has affected the user experience. How can I apply for a rollback?

A: Contact the platform's online customer service and provide ① application name, ② package name, ③ rollback reason, ④ rollback version, and ⑤ rollback progress on other platforms. The platform's customer service will provide you with feedback on the rollback process.

Q12. Can the application be updated with the same version?

A: The platform uses versioncode as the identification standard. Applications and stand-alone games can be updated with the same version, while online games must submit a higher version.

Q13. If the application classification is incorrect, how can I modify it?

A: Please refer to the platform document application classification reference first. If there is an error, please send an email to [email protected] according to the attached template to apply for modification.

Q14. How do I apply to add editor recommendations and app labels displayed in the vivo App Store? If there is an error, how do I request a correction?

A: "Editor's Recommendation" and "App Label" are provided by the platform operation editor. If your app does not have this content or contains erroneous and outdated information, please send an email to [email protected] according to the attached template to apply for modification.

Q15. How to obtain the app download link?

A: You can go to the app introduction page on your mobile phone - vivo App Store, and click the "Share" icon in the upper right corner to copy the link.

Q16. What free promotional activities does the platform have?

A: To apply for an event, you can click [Platform Activities] in the platform menu bar to pay attention to the event information.

Q17. After receiving the email that the app removal review has been approved, why is the app still not removed from the shelves?

A: After the removal application is reviewed and approved, it will take another 1 working day to complete the removal process. Please wait patiently for the process to be completed.

Q18. Can corner marks or floats be added to the game icon?

A: Hello, it is not supported at the moment.

Q19. Are comments published immediately? Can I delete a negative review of an app?

A: Comments are generally published after being reviewed within 24 hours; app comments do not currently support feedback deletion.
