How to promote offline activities?

In a year, it is always necessary to plan and execute several or even more activities. Although there are many forms and ways of playing activities, offline activities are more routine. So how to successfully plan and execute an offline event?

1. Preparation and Implementation

2. Activity copywriting

Good event copywriting can attract more customers. There are two main types of popular event copywriting: one is the simple and rough version, and the other is the story introduction version.

There is another type of copywriting that tends to be soft-text. Debugging audio equipment, testing PPT, testing microphones, planning the site, and understanding where restrooms and other facilities are located, all of these details must be controlled when scouting out the location so that you have a clear idea of ​​what is going on.

② Arrange the scene

On-site layout can ensure the atmosphere and professionalism of the scene.

③ Division of work and execution at the event site

An event with 200 people requires a person in charge, one person responsible for guiding, one person responsible for signing in, a host, one person to control the atmosphere, one person to take photos, a stenographer, and a mobile executor.

After the activity is over, you should also make a proper summary, which will help you to do other activities more smoothly in the future.

For example, you can hold a meeting together to discuss the mistakes and successes of the event, or you can consult with people who came to the event and listen to their opinions. The activity summary made in this way is relatively complete and comprehensive.
