Hello everyone, I rarely post content on the official account. This is the second one. Because recently there have been a lot of articles on public accounts with titles sharing practical tips on operations for those with tens of millions or millions of fans , which is really scary. 1. Stay away from unprofessional sales

The day before yesterday, a Fanstong salesperson showed me a PPT of Weibo's first quarter financial report and boasted that Weibo has 198 million monthly active users and 89 million daily active users. Do you have any common sense? There are only 600 million Internet users in China, and you tell me Weibo has 200 million monthly active users? There is definitely more water in his financial report than in Weibo’s financial report.

The businessman first recommended Weibo Brand Express to me. The advantage of Brand Express is that you can generate a card with pictures and videos, and you can jump by clicking on the card. The business talk at this time is: buy a brand express card and use Fanstong to deliver it, the click-through rate will be very high. I told him: Since Brand Express cannot target mobile and PC terminals, the activation rate is very low. When you use Fans Pass to bid for a big card of Brand Express, your bid will be downgraded by XXX. In the end, the activation cost must be more expensive than ordinary fans... (Why do I have any grudge against you to cheat me out of money?)

Seeing that the brand express was not being sold, the business person recommended the three-carousel app promotion to me and told me that many APPs had achieved good results. I really want to say: Not bad, the CPC is already 3 yuan! The three-carousel application promotion is currently estimated to have only five million impressions. Based on a click-through rate of 0.2% and an activation rate of 20%, there are less than 10,000 activations nationwide every day. In July of this year, there will be a space for application promotion at the bottom of the main text page for product promotion. Only then will there be volume, and the volume will be quite large. Now the Weibo Camera APP is participating in the internal test, and less than 10% of the traffic is currently open to products and activities. You should know that Weibo Fans Tong cannot be transferred. The traffic from Fantong should be enough for you. Don't even think about getting the money without 20 million in cash.

2. Find a hard-working operator

Fanstong’s model is sales signing and operation services. It should be noted that a high interaction rate does not necessarily mean good operations. I recruited a new graduate in the morning and was able to achieve 12% in the afternoon.

There is only one standard for excellent operations: online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you encounter such a good operation by the other party, it is recommended to apply for a subsidy of 500-1500 yuan/month from the company, which will be given privately. Because the bidding of Fans Pass cannot be consumed at a uniform rate, you must always keep an eye on the background, which is a physical job. If you have a large investment, it is best to hire an operator yourself, as the cost is not high.

Suppose I am a rebate website. If I recruit a graduate to do operations this morning, the advertising I produce in the afternoon will definitely be better than that of my competitors. I will teach him to analyze how much the competitor Juanpi.com currently puts on Fanstong , what its interaction rate is, how the delivery plan is set up, and what the activation cost is!

When we opened the list of reposters, we saw that there have been users reposting from 0:00 on the same day to now, so I simulated the delivery time set in the background of Juanpi.com. :


I randomly sampled 20 Weibo users' data and simulated the gender, age, region, and mobile device settings of Juanpi.com. If the creative idea and loading page of my rebate website are exactly the same as those of Juanpi.com, by calculating the ratio of blog post likes, I will be able to know the advertising budget and activation cost of Juanpi.com. So my newly recruited graduates can achieve the same results as Juanpi.com? If this graduate had a little more ambition and helped me optimize the details, the result would definitely be better than the rolled skin net.

Stay away from agents who promise results

Party A often asks Party B, "Can IOS achieve an A price of 3 yuan? Can you give me a plan?" Party B patted his chest and said it was no problem. In the end, the effect was not good and Party A regretted it.

I think the logic of signing a contract needs to answer the following three questions:

Q1: Are you willing to try Fanstong?

A1: So many apps are investing in Fanstong, why don’t you try it? Ten thousand dollars can’t buy you any loss or deception, and it can save you from smoking two packs of cigarettes.

Q2: Is Fantong self-service or agency-based?

A2: On Zhalang Weibo, whether you use self-service or agency, your data is naked and transparent. The self-service platform has basically no service capabilities, knows nothing when asked, and the probability of success is extremely low. So choose an agent.

Q3: The third question is which agent to choose?

A3: An agent once told him that he is the best in the country: 51 Credit Card, Duitang, Bull Finance and other apps are all invested in his company, and he can help me make the Rebate Network IOS to 3 yuan per A. I asked him back: If you are so capable, will Juanpi.com give you a budget of 300,000 yuan every day? Why don't you earn 300,000 yuan from Juanpi.com instead of my 1,000 yuan?
