At 7:09 am Beijing time on June 4, 2023, Shenzhou 15 astronauts Fei Junlong, Deng Qingming, and Zhang Lu all exited the cabin safely and smoothly and were in good health. The Shenzhou 15 manned flight mission was a complete success.

The flight crew worked and lived in the space station complex for six months, and witnessed in space the dream-come-true moment when China's space station was officially built .

Review of the four exciting moments of the "Dream Crew" extravehicular activities

During their time in orbit, with the support from the ground, the astronaut crew achieved the "space reunion" of two crews of six astronauts for the first time. The Shenzhou 15 and Shenzhou 14 flight crews completed the in-orbit rotation, and then successfully completed four extravehicular activities, breaking the record for extravehicular activities of a single Chinese astronaut crew!

On February 9, 2023, astronauts Fei Junlong and Zhang Lu exited the spacecraft one after another. This is the first extravehicular activity of astronauts after the full completion of the Chinese space station, and it is also the first space walk for astronauts Fei Junlong and Zhang Lu.

On March 2, the China Manned Space Engineering Office announced that the Shenzhou 15 astronaut crew had completed the second extravehicular activity. With the close cooperation of the ground staff and the astronaut Deng Qingming in the cabin, the two extravehicular astronauts Fei Junlong and Zhang Lu successfully completed all the established tasks and returned safely to the Wentian laboratory cabin.

On March 30, the Shenzhou 15 astronaut crew conducted the third EVA. Again, with the cooperation of ground staff and astronaut Deng Qingming, astronauts Fei Junlong and Zhang Lu conducted the EVA. After successfully completing all the scheduled tasks, they returned safely to the Wentian Experimental Module.

On April 15, the Shenzhou 15 astronaut crew carried out their fourth extravehicular activity. The two extravehicular astronauts Fei Junlong and Zhang Lu worked together with astronaut Deng Qingming to successfully complete all the assigned tasks.

During the four extravehicular activities, the three astronauts of the Shenzhou 15 crew worked closely together inside and outside the cabin, and successfully completed tasks such as the installation of the extravehicular expansion pump group, the installation and connection of cross-cabin cables, and the installation of the extravehicular payload exposure platform support rods, laying the foundation for the subsequent large-scale extravehicular scientific and technological experiments.

In addition to successfully completing four extravehicular activity missions, the Shenzhou 15 crew also carried out multiple payload extravehicular missions, eight human factors engineering technology studies, 28 aerospace medicine experiments, and 38 space science experiments, covering life ecology, materials science, fluid mechanics, etc., and obtained valuable experimental data.

In less than two years, three modules of the Chinese space station were successfully launched into orbit; the astronauts' stay in space was extended from three months to six months; and the astronaut crews took turns on "space business trips"...
